Who we are
C-Suite HR Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this notice (the “controller” under UK data protection law). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 11854419, and our registered office is 1 Coldbath Square, London, England, EC1R 5HL. We also have an office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
For any question about your information, or to use your rights, email admin@csuitehr.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, what you write and anything you attach. We use it to reply and, if we go on to work together, to provide our services. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to answer enquiries, or because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract.
When you send us your CV
If you send us your CV or career details, we use them to consider you for roles and to contact you about opportunities that suit you. We will ask you before we share your details with a client. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to run our recruitment services. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it.
Please leave sensitive details, such as your health, religion or ethnic origin, out of your CV unless they are relevant to a role.
When you book a call
Our booking link opens Calendly, a scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name and email address, and shares the booking with us so that we can hold the call. Calendly handles your details under its own privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
When you visit this website
Like most websites, ours keeps standard server logs: your IP address, your browser type, the pages you request and when. They help us keep the website secure and working, which is in our legitimate interests. We do not use them to identify you.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts, images and code all come from our own website, so no other company learns about your visit.
It saves one small item in your browser, and only if you ask it to. If you choose a region, csuite-region (local storage) remembers your choice, so the website shows your nearest office first. It contains no personal information, never leaves your device, and stays until you clear your browser’s data for this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with the companies that host our website and email, who handle it on our instructions;
- with a client, about a role, once you have agreed;
- with our professional advisers, or when the law requires it.
International transfers
Our team works from London and Colombo, so your information may be seen from Sri Lanka, and some of our service providers may store it outside the UK. Whenever it leaves the UK, we protect it as UK data protection law requires, for example with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact, or longer if we work together and need the records for that work or for legal reasons.
- CVs and career details: up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: for a limited period, for security.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal information;
- correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it;
- stop using it, including for marketing;
- send it to you or to another organisation, where that applies.
To use any of these rights, email admin@csuitehr.co.uk. We will reply within one month, and there is usually no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so that we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (opens in a new tab) or on 0303 123 1113.
